Policy
The following policies are incorporated into the partnership operating procedures.

Interpersonal interaction:

Robin Ashley Architects, its partners, employees and other representatives, undertake to use all reasonable endeavours to achieve the best project outcome, within the scope of its appointment, and to treat all other parties with whom it does business with respect and courtesy.

Where, in the opinion of the partnership, in the course of its business; partners, employees or other representatives are dealt with by individuals, organisations or representatives of organisations, in an aggressive, threatening or abusive manner directly, by telephone or any other medium, Robin Ashley Architects LLP reserves the right to suspend dealing with the individual or organisation concerned without further notice and at the full liability of that party to any consequential loss to itself, the practice or any 3rd parties.

In the event of such occurrence or occurrences a copy of this policy will be provided expeditiously to the party concerned, parties to whom they are responsible and the Client or Employer, giving details of the occurrence.
No further dealings will be held with the individuals, organisations or representatives of organisations, until in the opinion of the practice, a satisfactory resolution has been provided.

Sustainability and recycling:

It is the policy of the practice to carry out its work with the minimal practical environmental impact, consistent with the interests of the business.

Products and processes used by the practice in the course of business should be assessed for sustainability, and the most sustainable option preferred, subject to the above criteria.

Products and processes specified by the practice in the course of design work should be assessed for sustainability, and the most sustainable option preferred, subject to the above criteria and the agreement of our Clients and other parties as relevant.
